Product Line Card

The line card is one page: the five product lines we supply, the standards and grades behind each of them, and the documents that travel with an order. It is the sheet to send to a colleague or a customer who needs the range at a glance, and the quickest way to see whether what you are sourcing is inside our scope.

Standards and grades on the card

  • API 5LLine pipe, grades B through X80.
  • ASTM A106 / A53 / A333 / A335 / A312Seamless and welded pipe for high temperature, low temperature and corrosive service, and stainless pipe.
  • API 5CTCasing and tubing, grades J55 through P110 and Q125.
  • ASME B16.9 / B16.11 / B16.5 / B16.47Butt weld and socket weld fittings, and flanges in the two size systems.
  • API 11BSucker rods and their accessories.
  • EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2The mill test certificate that travels with the material.

Documentation that travels with an order

  • Material traceability with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 mill test certificates on every heat.
  • Third-party inspection arranged on request with SGS, BV or TUV, at the mill or before shipment.
  • Complete OCTG packages supplied with couplings, thread protectors and accessories.
  • Sourcing from NPS 1/8″ to 60″, in carbon, alloy and stainless steel.

Certificates are issued by the producing mill, or countersigned by an inspector you nominate. The standards above are the governing documents for the material; they are not a statement of accreditation.

How to use the card in an enquiry

  • Find the lineMatch what you need to one of the five lines, then read the standards against it. If you already have a specification, the standard on the card tells you whether it is material we handle.
  • Send the full specificationThe card gives the range, not the order. A quotation needs the standard and grade, the size and wall thickness, the quantity, the delivery term and the destination port.
  • Ask for the documents with the priceSay which certificates or inspection reports you need with the material, and they are priced and scheduled as part of the order rather than added at the port.

Frequently asked questions

What is a product line card?

It is a one-page summary of what we supply: the five product lines, the standards and grades behind each one, and the documentation that travels with an order. It is written to be forwarded, so that a colleague or a client can see the range at a glance without reading a website.

Does the line card show prices?

No. A price depends on the size, the wall thickness, the grade, the quantity, the delivery terms and the destination port, so it cannot be stated on a range summary. Send those details through the quotation page and we reply with availability and pricing.

Does the line card list your whole range?

It lists the five product lines we quote most often and the standards behind them. If your specification sits outside what is on the card, send it to us and we will confirm what is available rather than assume it is out of scope.

Can I pass the line card on to someone else?

Yes. The PDF is free to download and to forward, with no form and no email address required. If a figure on it changes, the download on this page is the current one.
