What to include
- Standard and gradee.g. API 5L X65 PSL2, ASTM A106 Grade B, API 5CT N80Q, ASME B16.9 WPB
- Size and wall thicknessOutside diameter and wall thickness, or nominal size and schedule
- QuantityPieces, metres or tonnes — whichever you buy in
- Ends and connectionsPlain, bevelled or threaded; STC, LTC, BTC, EUE, NUE or premium connection
- Destination portSo the quotation can include delivery to where you need it
Already have paperwork? A material requisition, a drawing, or a mill certificate from a previous order is usually faster to quote from than a list of sizes. Email it to info@mejorsteel.com or send it on WhatsApp and we will quote from it directly; the form above takes the same five things as a single message.
Not a form person? Email info@mejorsteel.com, call +86 15637251229, or send a message on WhatsApp — Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time.
How we supply
- Material traceability with EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 mill test certificates on every heat.
- Third-party inspection arranged on request, before shipment and at the mill.
- Complete OCTG packages supplied with couplings, thread protectors and accessories.
- Sourcing from NPS 1/8″ to 60″, in carbon, alloy and stainless steel.
What happens once you have sent it — the eight stages from enquiry to Bill of Lading, when the lead time starts to run, how payment, inspection and release work, and what travels with the goods — is set out on how to order. The documents that travel with an order, and who issues each one, are listed under certifications and documents. If what you are weighing up is which grade or standard applies, start from standards and grades; if you want to know who you would be buying from, start from about Mejor Steel. What determines the price — and why we quote per order rather than publish a price list — is set out on pricing.
Common questions
- What do I need to send to get a quotation?
- The standard and grade, the size and wall thickness, the quantity, the ends or connection type, and the destination port. If you have a material requisition or a drawing, send that instead — it usually contains all five.
- Do you provide mill test certificates?
- Yes. Material is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 mill test certificates, traceable to the heat number.
- Can third-party inspection be arranged?
- Yes, third-party inspection can be arranged on request, either at the mill or before shipment.
- What are your payment terms?
- T/T 30% deposit with the balance before shipment; L/C at sight is also accepted. Final terms are confirmed on the quotation.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- It depends on the line. Pipe, casing and tubing are quoted by the bundle or truckload with mixed sizes accepted; fittings and flanges are quoted by the piece with no minimum on standard items. Tell us what you buy in and we will quote to it.
- How long does delivery take?
- Stock sizes ship in about 5–10 days. Mill runs and made-to-order items take roughly 3–5 weeks after order confirmation. The lead time for the exact items quoted is stated on the quotation.
- Which standards and grades can you supply?
- Line pipe to API 5L and ASTM A106, A53, A333, A335 and A312; casing and tubing to API 5CT in grades J55 through P110 and Q125; fittings to ASME B16.9, B16.11, MSS SP-97 and API 6A; flanges to ASME B16.5 and B16.47; sucker rods to API 11B in grades C, D, K, KD, HL and HY.
