Quality and documentation
- Mill test certificateEN 10204 3.1, issued by the producing mill’s own inspection department on every order, or 3.2 countersigned by an inspector you nominate.
- Testing100% ultrasonic testing of the weld seam on welded pipe and of the body on seamless, hydrostatic testing of every length, and impact testing where the grade or delivery condition requires it.
- Heat number traceabilityThe heat number follows the steel from billet or coil through to the finished pipe, and is printed on the pipe body when required.
- Documents against the orderInvoice, packing list and Bill of Lading on every shipment; certificate of origin, legalised or consular documents and third-party inspection reports on request.
